decent stay overall

classical musiccomplimentary waterweak wifiuseless qr codeunattended glasses
the rooms appear modern and clean. upon entering my bedroom, i found low lighting and classical music playing, it was a nice touch. a complimentary bottle of water was available on each side of the bed.
i noticed the wifi signal was weak in my room. the qr code in the room did not link to any useful information. when i tried to contact reception by phone, no one answered. multiple empty glasses sat on tables outside for a long time.

The location allows an easy walk to the canal basin. Access to the cathedral is also easy. I found the local shops to be only minutes away. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The tv remote didn't work . I noticed two light bulbs were blown in the room. Some painting seemed to need touching up and the toilet room was quite dusty.
